Orange County Gun Owners (OCGO), a political action committee advocating for Second Amendment rights, will host its January monthly membership meeting from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, at FT3 Tactical, 8230 Electric Ave., Stanton. The meeting is free and open to the public. Guests are welcomed. RSVP is not required. Topics will include updates on OCGO’s education and advocacy efforts, as well as information on shooting socials, gun safety training classes and recent legal rulings. Orange County Gun Owners (OCGO) is a registered (FPPC ID #1379388), non-partisan, political action committee focused on organizing the gun industry and protecting the U.S. Constitution’s Second Amendment right to bear arms. While every U.S. state has a Second Amendment PAC, along with several nationwide gun rights PACs, OCGO’s focus is strictly local, specifically Orange County. The PAC provides news and information on new gun laws, along with expanding and restoring Second Amendment rights. OCGO sponsored events include monthly shooting socials for new and novice shooters, seminars on the concealed-weapon permitting process, social gatherings and monthly meetings, along with a mentoring program for women called #NotMeOC.
